At johnnie-O, we want you to be completely satisfied with your West Coast Prep style. If your purchase isn't quite right, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of your original purchase date.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to initiate the process.

  Choose Your Option

  Select whether you would like to exchange your item for a different size or color, or receive a refund to your original payment method.

• 3.
  Print and Pack

  Download and print your pre-paid shipping label, then securely pack your unworn items with the original tags attached.

• 4.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at the designated carrier location; once received at our warehouse, please allow 7-10 business days for processing.
